HP announced the arrival in Brazil of its newest workstation, the ZBook Firefly. Promising competent performance and the lowest weight among the company’s options, the gadget features an 11th generation Intel processor and a dedicated Nvidia graphics card. With prices above R$10,000, the product is now available on the brand’s e-commerce platform.
Focused on being an extremely mobile and high-performance workstation, the HP notebook stands out for its thinness and weight. Thus, it is about 1.35 kg, which can be easily carried anywhere.
Internally, the computer has the 11th generation quad-core Intel Core i7 processor. There are two RAM configurations, 16 and 32 GB, which try to embrace users’ needs. Also, the connection is Wi-Fi 6, in case you were wondering.
In terms of storage, the only option is the 512GB SSD. In addition, HP highlights the dedicated 4GB Nvidia T500 graphics card in the ZBook Firefly, a graphics chip that was released in 2020. The entire package has Windows 11 Pro operating system and a 14-inch screen.
The HP ZBook Firefly starts at R$12,910 for the 16GB model and R$14,099 for the 32GB version.
The question that remains is whether the high price of the workstation is interesting, since it is not difficult to find notebooks with Intel’s 12th generation processor for lower costs than the HP option. On the other hand, we cannot forget that this computer has an integrated Nvidia graphics card, which ends up affecting its value.
