Nubank creates an internship program for all courses and offers 70 vacancies – APK Games

One of the largest companies in Brazil has open positions: the Nubank announced this Monday (19) its first internship program. Are 70 posts in the areas of technology, finance and business, among others.

The program is open to all courses and training areas. Active enrollment at a Brazilian university is required and expected completion between December 2023 and July 2024.

Fluent English is not required, but the company wants candidates to be interested in the language and intermediate level. Nubank offers employees NuLanguage, its language teaching program.

It is also not necessary to live in São Paulo/SP to participate: the company offers totally remote vacancies. For the Product and Design areas, however, the company follows its hybrid modelalternating seven weeks of remote work with one of face-to-face work.

Those selected will receive a grant (the amount was not revealed) and the company’s complete package of benefits. Vacancies are 30 hours per week, limit defined by law for internships.

Nubank already hired interns, but this is the first time that the company has organized a program to hire those who are still in college. The initiative has a special development plan.

According to fintech, “participants will have the opportunity to be part of a shared path, learn by doing, and receive mentorship to accelerate their early career development”.

Applications open until September 28

The selection process has four major elimination stages.

The first is to meet the requirements to apply. Then comes an online testing stage, which should last until the end of October. Those approved then do a real-time exercise, simulating the daily routine of Nubank.

Finally, leaders and HR will conduct interviews to address career and technical expertise. Those approved begin their internships in January 2023.

Entries must be made on the program website until September 28, 2022.
