Are you a Nubank customer and had difficulty accessing the app this Wednesday (5)? It wasn’t just you: other people report that they can’t log into their account to see their balance, pay bills or make transfers. The problem occurs just two days after an oscillation in the Pix system.
according to the website DownDetectorwhich receives complaints from users when a service has technical difficulties, the problems started at 10 am, with a peak of complaints around noon.

On Twitter, customers complain about not being able to access the app and not receiving transactions on Pix.
It’s unbelievable how @nubank went down so much! Every time it’s down, the pix stops working, the app doesn’t open and many other problems. Is it really safe to continue with a bank like this? They should take a boycott to start taking customers seriously! pic.twitter.com/fCwKSLO0zP

Me from an early age, thinking I had no internet, going through a deadbeat because I said I was going to send a pix and I never sent it. And Nubank off the air #NuBank pic.twitter.com/ZQuHXIyVjW

for me the app literally DOESN’T OPEN, if it was just the pix I could at least pay my tickets but now I can’t even do that because this fucking digital bank is down

Nubank had another “oscillation” on Monday (3)
This Wednesday’s problems are not Nubank’s first this week. In the second, Nubank customers could not make Pix.
The first reports pointed to a flaw in the Pix system itself, but the technical difficulty seemed restricted to Nubank. Despite the cases, the technoblog managed to receive and send money through Pix using Nubank and other banks.
The bugs started to be reported since 13:00 on Monday, according to the DownDetectorwith a peak of complaints at 3:40 pm.

Users complained that the Pix feature didn’t work and they couldn’t make instant transfers to other banks.
@nubank the pix is down, I didn’t receive it, so I didn’t issue the receipt, and they’re charging me for proof so they can do something, do I look like a bum?🤡
