THE Anatel gave the green light to the Poco M4 5G. Last week, the cell phone of the Xiaomi was approved by the National Telecommunications Agency and can now be officially marketed in Brazil. Among the highlights of the launch are the support for 5G and the 5,000 mAh battery in the mid-range datasheet.
The process was carried out at the request of DL Electronics, the company responsible for selling Xiaomi products in Brazil. According to the homologation certificate, the cell phone was approved on the 15th under the model 22041219PG. The code is linked to the Poco M4 5Gsmartphone that is already on sale abroad.
The documentation mentions other features of the release. This is the case with the presence of the BN5H model battery, which has a capacity of 5,000 mAh, in addition to support for 5G and NFC. The documentation also indicates that the smartphone will be supplied with a charger manufactured by Xiaomi itself.
The Poco M4 5G makes up Xiaomi’s mid-range cellphone portfolio. With 6.58 inches, its screen has Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate that ranges from 30 Hz to 90 Hz. The panel also has a drop-shaped notch to house the 5-megapixel front camera (f/2.2 aperture).
The dual photographic set adds two 13 megapixel (main) and 2 MP (depth of field) sensors. The datasheet is formed by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, the RAM of up to 6 GB and the storage of up to 128 GB. The phone comes out of the box with Android 12 under the MIUI 13 interface for Poco smartphones.
Despite the approval, there is no forecast for the launch of the Poco M4 5G in Brazil.
The cell phone has been on sale in Europe since August with prices starting at 219 euros (about R$1,135).
