There is still room for new smartphones in 2022. This Monday (26), the Nubia presented the Red Magic 8 Pro with a 6,000 mAh battery with 80 W fast charging. The gamer cell phone also stands out for its advanced technical sheet with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2gaming triggers and the reinforced cooling system.
The battery is the center of attention of the model. After all, 6,000 mAh components are not exactly new. O Galaxy M33 5Gfor example, has a cell of this size.
However, the high recharge powers are generally intended for the most contained parts, like the Redmi K60 Pro that has 5,000 mAh and 120-watt recharge.
And that’s where Red Magic 8 Pro comes in, which guarantees a 80 watt recharge for a 6,000 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, when using a compatible charger, it is possible to complete the charge in 35 minutes.
All these numbers are very welcome. On the other hand, it is necessary to consider that the higher the power, the hotter the cell phone becomes. But Nubia has taken some precautions.
In addition to the eight-cell battery, the smartphone has a ten-layer cooling system to dissipate heat that works alongside a vapor chamber. Also out of the ordinary, the launch has a fan capable of running at up to 20,000 RPM.
Advanced technical sheet is ideal for games
This system helps keep the temperature balanced even when running the heaviest games.
And it’s not for less, because the technical sheet leaves nothing to be desired at any time.
Let’s start with the presence of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This is Qualcomm’s latest processor, which is among the most powerful chips today.
The component works alongside the RAM of up to 12GB and the storage of up to 256GB.
The model adds other differentials, such as side buttons to optimize the gaming experience. All that remains is the 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rates it’s from 960 Hz touch sampling.

Red Magic 8 Pro+ has even faster recharge
The release has a more full-bodied option. But the highlight is also in the same place: the battery.
The Red Magic 8 Pro+ features a smaller component, 5,000 mAh. Recharging, on the other hand, is 165 watts.

The Red Magic 8 Pro+ with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is on sale in China for 4,999 yuan (R$ 3,780).
There is no forecast for the launch of the smartphone in Brazil.
